This model is perfect for businesses with multiple locations that not only want to get more reviews and followers, but also want to have an overview of which of their stores is doing the most activity. This model includes monthly evaluations of the use of the shoptimizer at only a low monthly cost of €20 per device. Each month, the evaluations provide information on which branches have the most/least activities. In addition, the comparison to the previous month is always shown, which contributes positively to the general improvement. By determining the activities in the various branches, "best practice" examples can be identified, just as it is made visible at a glance every month which branches have room for improvement. These can then be continuously improved and employees trained to achieve better results. 

The SMART model is perfectly suited for medium-sized companies with several branches who want to get an overview of the activities of their shops and want to continuously improve for the benefit of their customers.
