How does the assessment tool work?
Simply place your smartphone on the rating tool or scan the QR code and your customer will go directly to your Google rating page.
When you use our review tool, your customer will be redirected directly to your company's Google review page. With just a single click, they can then give a positive 5-star rating and thus increase the reputation of your company.
The shoptimizer uses NFC to forward to the desired platform. This means that NFC must also be activated on the scanning smartphone.
On the iPhone, NFC is in the tip at the top and on Android devices, it is in the middle of the smartphone.

What does the annual service fee include?
The service fee of just €47 per year includes semi-annual evaluations for the use of the evaluation tool. These can be used to improve company performance and identify strong months for future actions. There is no commitment and it can be canceled at any time annually.

SUSTAINABILITY:
Our shoptimizers are made from Austrian wood which comes from sustainable forestry. The main component of our marketing tool is wood and only the add-on parts, such as the NFC chip, are made of plastic. However, these can be recycled according to type. We see the beauty in nature and it is not always the same and that is a good thing. Different growth lines in the wood make each shoptimizer unique.
SOCIAL ASPECT:
The wood is further processed by the social workshop Pro Mente directly in Salzburg. Pro Mente helps long-term unemployed people get back into the world of work. The blanks are made carefully and with a lot of love for the wood.
The individual design of the engraving is carried out by the Caritas Ruperti workshops. The Ruperti Werkstätten Altötting is a facility for integrating people into working life; Recognized as a workshop for people with physical or psychological impairments. Our shoptimizer products are refined in this social institution with great attention to detail and fun at work. In addition, employees receive support and support in their careers.

We maintain a very good relationship with both companies and support them in production. PERSPECTIVES:
However, since it is also clear to us that the wood look is not suitable for every company, we at shoptimizer are working on a variant made of Corian. Corian is made of stone with a very small amount of plastic. A compromise to avoid a purely plastic solution.
We want to bring the power of nature into companies and also give our posterity the chance to lead a carefree life and produce almost no waste that cannot be recycled.

What marketing functions does the Business package include?
With our business model, users of the shoptimizer can be recognized by an integrated tracking code. The further use of the tracking code for marketing purposes thus creates an audience perfectly tailored to your company, to which advertising can be placed. So customers with a positive buying experience can be easily reached in a playful way. In addition, a similar audience (lookalike audience) can also be gained from this audience (custom audience). A specific target group is thus created, which is not possible with this level of accuracy with the conventional target group formulation in Google or Facebook Ads. You reach interested customers who have already interacted with your company or have similar characteristics to them.
Tracking codes can easily be edited independently at any time in an app. This means that you can also insert your own tracking codes for certain actions, for example. It is 100% GDPR compliant and users and businesses are excited about this marketing revolution.

How do I use the assessment tool with an Apple iPhone?
With all newer iPhones from Xs, the NFC connection is permanently switched on and does not have to be activated separately. On iPhones, the NFC reader is located in the upper area of the smartphone, so it is important to tilt the iPhone slightly forward and move it towards the Shoptimizer. A link opens up for the user at the top of the screen, which must be clicked to enable forwarding to your channel.
The iPhone 6-8 models are an exception, here the reader has to be activated very briefly in the settings in order to be able to establish a smooth connection. You can find out more about this in our instruction videos above.
How do I use the assessment tool with an Android smartphone?
On most cell phones that have Android installed as the operating system, the NFC reader is located in the middle on the back of the smartphone. It is therefore important that the customer also moves his mobile phone in the direction of the Shoptimizer.
With some cell phones, the NFC reader is not automatically activated and must be activated by clicking in the settings. You can find out more about this in our instruction videos above.
